On Thursday, November 17, 2015, at the Morris County Democratic Committee's annual Holiday Party, Morris County Young Democrats Co-Chair Oliver "Ollie" M. Starnes II became the first recipient of the Morris County Young Democrat of the Year Award from the Morris County Democratic Committee & The Morris County Young Democrats.
